Recently, I had surgery to repair the Anterior Cruciate Ligament (and a bucket-handle tear in the Medial Meniscus) in my left leg. The original injury was from an accident 10 years earlier, and I was able to make do with it until re-injuring recently.

This website is intended to give information to anybody else considering having their knee repaired. I'll include an account of what it was like living without getting it surgically repaired... along with a diary and pictures of what the knee feels, looks like during the recovery period.
